Oil & Gas Sector inspired the shareholders to incorporate Atlantic Marine Services Limited
RC: 338, 141.

The company has been granted permission by the Department of Petroleum Resources to
operate as an Oil Industry Service Company special categories: Marine/ Special Transportation Services, Dredging Services, Consultancy Services – Exploration and Petroleum Operations and Pipeline/ Production Services – Pipeline/ Production Facility Operation and Maintenance.

Permits for Petroleum Storage and Sales License and Drilling Services and Drilling Rig Supply
are expected in due course. The company is also registered as a contractor with several multinational oil companies.

The company is a pace-setter in the marine, oil and gas business in Nigeria. We manufacture and own a range of environmental and engineering equipment including Houseboats, Swamp Buggies, Ramp Barges, Tug Boats, and Swamp Vehicles and a variety of support equipment.

The company now wishes to spread its wings and requires foreign shareholders or joint-venture partners who are willing to invest funds, equipment, and management/maintenance team members for its expansion and development.
